Thank you for checking out our web site. We strive to provide the best service in the area. Currently, our team consists of myself, Rachel Davis and Mickey Smith.

Prior to starting Becklee Real Estate, LLC, I was employed by LAD Realty, Inc. I started working for my father, Lee Debnam, owner of LAD Realty, Inc when I was a teenager. I've been in the Real Estate and Property Management field practically all my life. I started out working solely in the multifamily industry with apartments. During my time with LAD Realty we expanded our business to include sales, property management for others, and association management.

Working for my father was wonderful, and I learned a lot. He passed his love of this business on to me. He taught me to see things from an owner's point of view, and to treat properties that belonged to other people as if they were my own. My father also taught me to treat our residents with great respect because without them there would be no management business. Overall he passed on to me his respect for people in general.

I devote lots of time to my business. I've kept it small enough to give all my clients (both owners and residents) the attention and service promised. We only take on management relatively close in proximity to our business. The primary focus of Becklee Real Estate, LLC is on residential investment property sales and management. We enjoy assisting with purchasing or sales of other residential property in the area as well.

I'm a Raleigh native. YES, you read right! I was born right here in Raleigh and love our area! I'm very familiar with the area and what it has to offer for all ages, stages and areas of life. I would be happy to assist you with general questions about the area if you are a newcomer.

Mickey Smith is our Maintenance Supervisor. He has been with Becklee Real Estate since the beginning. He and I worked together for many years for my father. We have been working together as a team since 1991. He does a fantastic job overseeing all our the maintenance needs for our many properties as well as HOA's. Rachel Davis is our Broker and Leasing Agent. She does all of our advertising and showings for properties as well as helps with management and sales.
