Water Conservation

We have implemented our Water Conservation program.
Our buildings have been equipped with tank tummies and
fill diverters in each toilet, low flow aerators in lavatories,
low flow showerheads in each shower, and a low flow

aerator in each kitchen sink. We are starting to see changes
in our water bills!

As always, if you have any leaks or drips please repair them
or report them to us right away. Please also make rental residents aware of the urgency of reporting leaks and drips.
